Don't use Blind

For the non-tech people, Blind is an app where people anonymously (trash) talk about their workplace. Blind users are the Karens of the tech world. I avoid this app like the plague.

Talking about your workplace on Blind is like talking about politics on Reddit. It has no value, is filled with negativity, and most contributions are written by haters who think they know better than anyone else.

If you encounter issues at work, talk to your +1 or +2 (manager, director) so that they can fix what may be broken. Maybe you have valuable ideas that may help improve the company. Such ideas need to be heard.

If you are unhappy about where you work: move on and go work somewhere else. Do not lower yourself to talking down to your company or your co-workers. Just move on.

Finally, being there will reflect on you. Your time on earth is limited, use it to have a positive impact, put your name on your achievements and drive by being an example to your community.
